The Friends are a community service organization that seeks to enhance library services and to broaden the reach of the Medway Public Library into the community. All proceeds from fundraising, dues and donations help support the services we provide, helping the library to increase programs and services and expand its range of materials.With tight municipal budgets, your tax-deductible donation to the library means more than ever.

Some Examples of how your tax-deductible donation would enhance the library:
- $100-$350 would buy multiple books, books on tape or CD, DVDs or Videos
- $350- $500 would pay for a program or performance
- $500-$700 would pay the annual cost for one of the popular Museum Passes.
- $1,000- $5,000 would help update and expand the Reference Section.
- $5,000 or more would substantially expand or improve the library's collection and services.
